In 2012, Shane Morgan was appointed the Watershed Coordinator of the White Clay Creek Wild and Scenic River Program. Ms. Morgan works with watershed residents, municipalities, and local partners to implement the goals of the White Clay Creek Watershed Management Plan, - to improve water quality, protect open space, and provide watershed education opportunities to the public. Prior to this position, Ms. Morgan ran a landscape design business for 13 years, The Giving Garden, specializing in conservation and native plant landscaping. Ms. Morgan holds a B.S. in Environmental Resources Management from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Biological Sciences/Ecology Concentration from Drexel University.
